Our Clinical Pilates studio is located just off Chapel Street in Windsor near Prahran, led by Allied Health Practitioners, with the aim of helping you achieve your personal goals. Our focus is on improving strength and stability, reducing the risk of injury, or increasing flexibility.
Our studio, 50m from Windsor Train Station, offers small group classes conducted by Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Myotherapists, and Exercise Physiologists, using a variety of Pilates equipment tailored to meet your objectives, as determined in consultation with your practitioner.
Before joining our classes, you will undergo an initial assessment to evaluate your strengths, weaknesses and shape your program to align with your goals. You may require additional individual sessions with your practitioner prior to joining group classes. We recommend booking weekly classes for optimal results. Private Health Rebates may also be available.
