Pilates in Newtown

Are you familiar with Pilates exercise? Our Clinical Pilates studio, led by Allied Health Practitioners, is located in Pako Village Newtown. Our goal is to assist you in achieving your personal objectives, whether it be improving strength and stability, reducing the risk of injury, or increasing flexibility.

In our incredible studio designed by Adam Kane Architects, small group classes are conducted by our Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Myotherapists, and Exercise Physiologists, using a range of Pilates equipment tailored to meet your objectives as determined in consultation with your practitioner.

Before enrolling in classes, you have an initial assessment to evaluate your strength and movement. This assessment will shape your program to align with your goals. You may need additional individual sessions with your practitioner prior to participating in group classes. It is recommended to book weekly classes for optimal results.
